StockAiVerse collects only the information necessary to provide the service — your name, email address, and optionally a Google account identifier. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data we collect: account credentials (email / hashed password), usage analytics (page views, feature interactions), and any portfolio or watchlist data you voluntarily enter.

Data we store: all data is stored on secure, encrypted servers (PostgreSQL + Redis). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

We use cookies strictly for session management (NextAuth.js JWT session cookie). No third-party advertising cookies are used.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@stockaiverse.in.

By using StockAiVerse, you agree to the following terms:

1. StockAiVerse is a pre-alpha product provided "as is". Features may change, be incomplete, or be unavailable without notice.

2. The platform is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.

3. You are responsible for your own investment decisions. StockAiVerse and its operators accept no liability for trading losses.

4. You must not misuse the platform — including attempting to reverse-engineer the AI engines, scrape data at scale, or circumvent access controls.

5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

StockAiVerse is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. All analysis, scores, recommendations, and signals provided by the platform — including those from Oracle Lens, DeepSightAI, TechEngine AI, NiftyOITech, and ApexAI — are generated by automated AI systems and are for informational purposes only.
